Minneapolis, December 1, 2021- PHOS Events, known for its larger than life lighting and hanging installations in the Twin Cities, is excited to announce the launch of its sister company, ANAVO Events, a company making pop-up luxury dinner dreams come true.
A long-time favorite for lighting and hanging installations in the Twin Cities, PHOS Events, is branching out with its new company ANAVO Events, to provide people with an opportunity to experience exclusive, high-end, beyond ordinary dining experiences.
Owner and founder of both PHOS and ANAVO, Adam Welz, is excited to bring this concept to life. "Being in the event industry for 20 years now, I've been honored to work with the best planners, venues, florists, entertainers, caterers, and rental companies in the Twin Cities. Every weekend we create amazing tablescapes and jaw-dropping environments for weddings and corporate events. With ANAVO, we are finally making these experiences available for all to enjoy."

By partnering with top names in the events industry, ANAVO pop-up dining experiences will take center stage at some of the most unique and popular venues in the state for a limited time. "We're excited to give these talented professionals a platform to show off their talents in more ways than weddings and corporate events, especially after what the events industry went through in 2020," Welz said. "The Twin Cities is home to some of the top event professionals in the industry. The talent is vast, and the passion for creating unique, one-of-a-kind experiences is immense."
The first two events were recently announced and are now available for booking.
The first event will be popping up at the historic Machine Shop in Minneapolis on January 11 and 12. With tables available for up to 12 guests, each group will be bathed in the glow of candlelight and thousands of twinkle lights, guaranteed to make for a truly unforgettable night.
The second event announced will be the romanticists dream, popping up at one of Minneapolis' newest venues, The Whim, February 13 and 14. With sweetheart tables for two, this dining experience will impress.
